The conference room calendar has moved to Outlook. To access it:
  1. Go to your Outlook Calendar
  2. Click on the Calendar icon at the bottom of the left column to bring up other calendar options.
  3. Click the "Open a Shared Calendar..." link on the left.
  4. Type "pcd-conf" in to the box and hit OK .
  5. Or..Click pcd-conf checkbox to bring up the Conference room calendar.
